Abstrak

Pendahuluan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang cukup penting adalah pengobatan gigi. Bahwa lebih dari 70 persen penduduk mengalami gigi berlubang (karies) dengan jumlah rata-rata 4-5 gigi berlubang per orang. Menurut data kegiatan Bulan Kesehatan Gigi tahun 2011, dari 40.000 pengunjung sekitar 22 persennya mendapatkan perawatan tambal gigi. Perkembangan teknologi kedokteran gigi, bersamaan dengan meningkatnyapermintaan pasien akan penampilan estetis, telah mendorong penggantian restorasi sewarna gigi dan aman dengan bahan komposit resin sebagai alternatif.

Isi Perancangan modul ini terbagiatas dua bagian yaitu perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Pengujian dilakukan di Laboratorium Jurusan Teknik Elektromedik dan di laboratorium teknik gigi Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia atau di fasilitas Laboratorium lainnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian rancang bangun, dengan hipotesa,bagaimanakah melakukan uji coba rancang bangun pemodelan suatu alat LCU, yang pengujian kekerasan, suhu, dan intensitas cahaya dengan menggunakan LED
